Our Policies

Rates: 

Rates are subject to change.  Prices posted do not include cleaning/booking fees, damage protection, or applicable taxes (8.4375% gross receipts tax-subject to semi-annual change and 5% area lodging tax.)  We are dedicated to providing a consistent, reasonable price to our guests throughout the 4 seasons.  

Reservation Booking: 

In order to guarantee a reservation, a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover number and expiration date are required at the time of booking.  All credit cards will be charged $300 deposit to hold your reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.

Cancellations:  

The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking. CANCELLATIONS: After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Pets:  

Pets are not allowed in any of the the cabins; please make other arrangements for your animal(s).

Smoking:  

All cabins are NON-SMOKING!  Smokers are welcome to smoke outside if fire restrictions allow. 

Check-In/Check-Out:  

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  If you plan to arrive after office hours, please let us know ASAP; your reservation must be paid in full prior to your arrival.  Check-out time is 12:00 noon
