Rates: Rates posted do not include applicable taxes (8.625% gross receipts tax-subject to yearly change, and 5% area lodging tax.) We are dedicated to providing a consistent, reasonable price to our guests throughout the 4 seasons. We do not charge an extra cleaning fee on top of the stated rate; however, if the following policies are not followed and/or the property is treated neglectfully, a minimum $30 fee may be charged to your credit card.
Reservation Booking: In order to guarantee a reservation, a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover number and expiration date are required at the time of booking. All credit cards will be charged one night’s stay to hold your reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
Minimum Night Stays: We require a 3-night minimum stay for the following holidays/events: Memorial Day, Aspen Cash & Golden Aspen Motorcycle Rallies, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day, & Thanksgiving. We require a 4-night minimum stay for Christmas Holidays (Dec.16-31).
Reservation for the CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SEASON (December 19th-January 3rd):
Half of the balance is due at the time of booking, and the balance MUST be paid by December 7th. If you cancel after this date, you will be charged for your entire stay.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in any of the the cabins; please make other arrangements for your animal(s).
Smoking: All cabins are NON-SMOKING! Smokers are welcome to smoke outside if fire restrictions allow.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after office hours, please let us know ASAP; your reservation must be paid in full prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
